Sushi Ya-Ji was founded in 2013. The founder’s inspiration at the time was derived from his favorite color elements, from the culinary interest in the home to the pursuit of color in the catering industry.
The founder makes good use of local ingredients, sauces and cooking methods to create a Japanese meal that matches the taste of local diners. Of course, it also incorporates Japanese food culture and characteristics, so that more diners can enjoy more breakthroughs in taste buds.
